FSC's Riutort Named All-American

Florida Southern's' Magda Riutort has earned All-America status from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA). A freshman from Petra, Spain, Riutort was ranked 13th in singles in the final spring ITA rankings. The top 20 players in singles and top 10 teams in doubles earn All-America recognition.

Playing at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, she compiled a 14-8 record to lead FSC in singles wins this season. She was 5-3 in SSC singles matches and was a first-team All-SSC selection.

Mocs Named Academic All-Americans

Florida Southern swimmers Bruce Janzen and Anna McIntyre have earned Academic All-America recognition as second-team selections on the Capital One Division II Academic All-America At-Large Teams as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America. Janzen has a 3.85 grade point average and is majoring in history. McIntyre has a 3.95 grade point average and is majoring in biology (pre-dentistry).
